Basel, known as the oldest University city in Switzerland is situated on both sides of the Rhine River and is the third largest city in the country. This city is rich in history and diverse culture, and anyone who loves architecture and modern art will be thrilled with a visit to this colourful destination.

Not as famous with tourists as sister towns Strasbourg and Colmar, Mulhouse still has its share of historic museums, buildings and attractions such as the Musee de l'Automobile and a fun-filled hot August famous jazz festival.
