Food: Gabonese staple food comprises the likes of rice. yam and cassava. These starches are usually served with stewed fish or meat. Chicken, bananas and palm nuts are used in many dishes. Satiate your appetite with chicken and palm nut stew, followed by banana or millet wine! The major cities serve Western Cuisine.
